    I was watching the news the other day and I guess that pet owners are given an option now to implant a tracking device in their pets just in case they get lost. I guess these animals can be found with in a couple of hours, I'm just wondering how long until these chips will be mandatory for the human race.

    My dad happens to be a doctor and said that he has talked about it medically and that the kids that are about 15 now will see it when there kids are born
