    It would help solve the problems of over population. Simply bung all the immigrants to Mars with an army ration pack and a tin of sardines.

    Could it not be classed as a duty of species. Nature seems set up for growth and expansion, every lifeform does it, all of the planets offspring would try to colonise, ne overun any local population it discovered, is mankind any different ?
