did anyone get a PS3

I got one for my oldest son for christmas. I want to rip it out of the box & start playing it, but I think my wife would leave me. Has anyone played it yet? I was able to get mine at circuit city on monday. They just got a truck in. I need advice on some good games.

 

heh when I was little my perents bought me a psone, sure its a psone now but back then me and my brother shit our pants when we opened it lol

i heard, on CNN or something, that taco bell will give free food for life to the fist person who donates a PS3 to them.

i bought one for 800$ a couple days after the release, i've yet to play games on it though, only using it as a cheap Blue-Ray disc player for my TV, i'm waiting for Gran Turismo 4HD

personally, i just got PS2 and X-box this summer.
the PS2 + 6games only cost $25.
the X-box + 5games was free.

i perfer to buy the older systems and games as they are still fun and much cheaper. in 7 years or so, maybe ill buy myself a PS3 or X-box360 for really cheap, till then i could care less.

 

^ for me it was a good investment, Blue-ray DVD players are already 1000+ so by buying a PS2 i got a dvd player, as well as a gaming system, only shitty thing is all the games currently out for PS2 dont play in the true 1080p high def, still have to wait for that

 

Personally, I want to get another N64.

 

I got a Wii and its fuckin sick. I get so into it playing zelda when i'm high haha

 

Yaa, the Wii looks sweet. I told my roomate when he came back with the PS3 that he shouldn't have spent his money on that turd.

 

i sold my fucking n64 for 12 bucks. best system ive ever played with the best games... gone. i was like 6 when n64 came out so from ages 6-10 n64 basically ruled my life and i sold it for 12 bucks. NEVER SELL AN OLD SYSTEM YOULL HATE YOURSELF FOR IT. and all i got for the games was like 2 bucks each.

 

Yeah dude. I sold my XBOX fo about $50, along with all of the games, so I could get 90 xanax bars off the internet. What a waste, because the 90 bars only lasted 2 days, and I ate them all myself. Fuck that shit. I sold my XBOX so I could OD and almost die. I am, officially, el tardo.

Hell, I just got a PSP, it's cool as shit though. I'm mostly usign it as an MP3 player.

i prefere my sega megadrive to my xbox....i might get an xbox360 though, they look pretty sweet.
