People don't take hippies seriously these days. Sorry. I think we have enough wars going on for the moment as it is.
There will never be another 'hippie' revolution. Hippies are all retired now, all we have are wannabe's and burn outs.
Isn't everyone in some way a wannabe? I mean, you didn't come up with the words you're using. You're copying people. Your clothes too. (i'm not trying to be mean, I just never have seen hippie as exclusive to the sixties).
It depends on your level of thought, mind, and energy that you put forth, you know. But... haha, no way. You tend to forget that the people who are honest and actually give a damn are the ones who aren't lobbying and are speaking their minds. But, as far as it seems to me, we're leaving that revolution up to guys like Jack Abramoff.
