i just found out

one of my co-workers at work is gay, and now im really uncomfortable around him. is this wrong of me to feel this way?

 

yes. why his sexual orientation is bothering you? he is just a human like everyone else

if you feel excited, turned on, then yes:
a) either quit your job to find a fag free environment or;
b) tell your co-worker you love him and have mad buttsecks!

if howver you feel no sexual attraction to the fine specimen of a man shown above;
a) confront that homo scum bag and ask your bosses to fire him or;
b) just relax, contrary to popular belief gays are human, so get over it

 

I don't think it's wrong for you to feel that way, I'm guessing you just haven't been around a lot of homosexual people? Folks usually have a kind of uncomfortable/uneasy/fear of things they aren't familiar with. As a bisexual male, I can assure you, he's not going to hit on you, touch your butt, cop a feel or try to stick his tongue down your throat. Unless he's a freak, hehe. But yea, chances are, he's just like every other guy or gal you've ever met, only he prefers the private/sexual company of the same sex. No biggity, just give it time and remember that he's a person too.

 

Well I dont see why it should bother you...but opinions are opinions. You dont have to agree with his sexuality just respect it. Just cause hes gay doesnt mean you hes going to have feelings for you.

 

Why do you care what he does on his off hours....it ahouldnt matter who he has sex with.

 

I would suggest that you get over it. It's really not that big of a deal.

 

He's still the same person he was before you found out he was gay, so you should still be the same person to him. It's not WHO he is.....it's just his sexual preference and you shouldn't let it change the way you view him as a person.

 

Also, I promise you he's not the only gay person you know.

 

be careful, gay men can be secretly seductive... you be chumming around with him all friends and stuff and then the next thing you know, he'll be butt banging you with you loving every minute of it... one of the truest ways to know you are gay is the uncomfortableness you feel around gays

I may not agree with the practice....but, I would certainly defend his right to his preference.

 

if you ever start acting or get in the music world.... almost everybody is gay.
