Hi Stoochie, How do I explain this hmmm. Well the first thing you wanna make sure of is that you're clean down there. There's a few ways to clean yourself out, the easiest and fastest way is to take a poop and than use a enema bag and flush yourself out with "warm" water; it usually takes about 2 to 3 bag full's of water to make sure you are nice and clean down there.
