whats your favorite type of cheese?

personally i'm rather fond of feta, but then again monterrey jack is pretty good (esp. in mexican food) and provalone is pretty tasty, too.

how about you? whats your favorite?

 

Good old fashioned sharp cheddar.

 

thats pretty good....i enjoy sharp cheddar or colby on sandwiches.....my favorite combo would be dark rye bread, fresh tomato slices, some cheese, lettuce, dill pickles, hard salami, and mustard......

i find brie to be really really tastygo

and most of the cheeses by cabot are delicious, especially there sharp cheddar. and some of their flavored cheddars are quite satisyfing too. i love cabot

and from teh deli, i get provolone, i use that on a lot of my sandwiches

feta, marble and medium cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, and my favorite is some mystery cheese that has jalapeno peppers in it, I have no idea what kind of base cheese it is but that stuff is really good

for just regular consumptions, gouda
for melting on things, cheddar
for cooking with, feta (ie spinach cheese triangles with feta and ricotta)

pepperjack, smokey cheddar, rye cheese, velveeta is the bomb for grilled cheese sandwiches, feta, and swiss.

 

Bleu cheese- always.

 

Feta, pepper jack, sharp cheddar, and colby jack.

 

Mostly French cheeses for me..
Munster..brie..camembert etc..

 

goat cheese, havarti, gorgonzola and a good old cheddar are my favourites.

 

Mozzarella definitely. Edam is good too, and mature cheddar.

 

I really love all cheese and it is a large part of my diet for dairy. Only cheese I am not that crazy about is blue. If I am not using it in a sauce then I do not eat it.

 

My favorite cheese is pepperjack, I could eat it by the block. Literaly...XD

 

Provolone is the King of Cheeses! I also like sharp cheddar, pepperjack, mozzarella, parmesan, romano, and good ol American.
