Perpetual Groove is a great band from Athens that plays a lot around the south east. definatly worth checking out.
ive seen p groove a bajillion times they are fantastic. im seeing blueground undergrass on the 22nd. is anyone else a fan?
She's right! Dub is the shit!! I just saw 'em thanksgiving night at Smith's. They are on break right now, doin some studio stuff. Their next show isnt untill dec 22 in either asheville or releigh...cant rmember. After that they do 30 and 31 at smith's. You should def try and see one of those shows. They're definately my favorite local band, hands down
moonshine still is from macon, they are pretty good. and of course nye panic. moonshine actually plays nye in macon too.
i've seen them a few times. They play every year for the cherry blossom festival. Wasnt too impressed. I'd definately rather see dub
What I noticed is Moonshine Still is either smokin or you want your money back, not a lot in between. but those smokin' nights..... whew!
dub played in macon 10/7 panic afterparty. the cherry blossom and nye are two TOTALLY diff atmospheres.
