http://www.givemeliberty.org/RTP2/UPDATES/Update2006-11-18.htm There is film of the one v for vendetta protestor he seems to get picked on a lot , would something like this protest be legal in the uk have they brought in the law against protests near parliment yet .....who has seen v of vendetta
I dont think they are protesting against V for vendetta but using the idea of building up a mass protest of people dressed as v for vendetta, to put pressure on the usa government
you know, i just can't see ANYONE taking this seriously. most would just consider it a silly joke put on by overwrought young people dabbling in protest. yeah, people will take pictures of it, but no one will care except "hey, i got this picture of this guy with a rose in his hat!"
I'll cue you guys in a little bit. There is a tax protestor movement here in the states whose aim is fair government (redress of grievances, etc..) and to abolish the daibolical Federal Reserve System which is neither federal nor has any reserves (watch for free on the internet America: Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo for a better idea of what this is). Lets just put it this way it is run by the same men who subjugate British citizens too (internationalist bankers, industrialists, and politicians). The V for Vendetta dressed protestor is a part of this movement to hold the Bush Crime Family accountable for their actions. The mask and costume symbolize the fact that many Americans who know the wrong that is going on are too afraid to come out openly and push back against such powerful agencies as the Department of Justice (of whom is probably reading this email), the Internal Revenue Service, and the Bushistas. The protestor is serving legal papers to each of these entities for a redress of grievances. Here is a link to their website, what they are doing really takes some bollocks if you will: http://www.givemeliberty.org/ All past imperialist grudges aside, the fate of the American and the UK Commonwealth people is very parallel, we need to tackle this problem in unity and not in scattered pockets of resistance. Lots of love from the American midwest, Evan
