Me and my partner are looking to find housing in Victoria (really soon!)
Ideally, what were searching around for is to live in two seperate apartments/ Bachelor Suites ($300-400 / month)
    and just visit each other.
Does anyone know any tips or tricks to finding affordable housing in Victoria?
    PM me with any advice!
Lemme know if you know of anyone moving out of their apartment.
    Much Love!

    hey hey!
try looking for a place in the summer (aka, may)- so many students here rent during the year, and there are definately more spaces during those warmer months, and so you can be a bit pickier too!

$300 dollars a month? You're looking at about as shitty an apartment as you can get. Rent isn't particularly cheap in Victoria.

I pay 320, but I live in a house with roommates and it's only for female students. It's a good deal though. 320 covers heat, hot water, electricity, laundry, digital cable, high speed internet, everything. The only thing it doesn't cover is telephone. We all have cancer boxes to yap on though, so we don't have a landline.
