By that I mean something that you make that is always an eye opener or a pleaser; something of which folks would gladly ask for seconds. My two are probably tabouli and sautéed greens :)

Most things if I cook for someone. Nothing is left over when I cook. But the bestest things are probably my chocolate-chese-Marble-Cake and my potatoe salad.

My boyfriend & I make some awesome fresh organic salsa that is always popular. Other than that I just love to try new recipes each time I have the opportunity to cook for others. I try to make new & different dishes for all the vegan potlucks I attend.

2 outer leaves of romaine lettuce
    1/2 a square silken tofu
    1 teaspoon soy sauce
    mixed veggies of your choice

rinse lettuce in very cold or ice water, shake off excesswater and place in fridge on plate for 30 minutes. use 1 teaspoon of vegetable or olive oil whichever u prefer saute tofu and mixed veggies in pan until getting brown, add soy sauce.continue to saute until browned with soy sauce. remove lettuce from fridge fill with veggie tofu mixture.wrap lettuce leaves around, serve immedietly.also good topped with salsa and black beans
