Is it jaundice to have an orangish yellow type color on the palms of your hands and or feet?

Hey, do you eat a lot of carrots? I know it sounds funny, but if you have too much vitamin A, you can turn yellow. I had this problem years ago.

I just wanted to say too, that the first place that I turned yellow, was the palms of my hands .

The palms of your hands are the first that usually turn yellow or orange when you have too much vitamin A. Its probably that. Do you take any supplements? Its also found in meats, dark green veggies, citrus fruits..

I dont think it has something to do with eating carrots... it might be something related with a liver problem... you should talk to a doctor...

I've been jaundiced before, actually. I didn't notice it much in my skin, but if the whites of your eyes ever turn yellow RUN DON'T WALK to the ER! But yeah, it could be diet.
