did anybody hear Joe Rogans take on the time machine? I know he's a comedian but, shit he says is very... hippyish. he says he believes that we will invent the time machine and that it will be the end of the world. we wouldn't be able to go back in time, only back to the moment the time machine becomes active, therfor destroying the space time continuem and making time irrelevent destroying us all. or something along those lines.
is a wall a slave that has a concealed microphone hidden in it? is a cealing or an aircraft that is carrying a camera? yes i am awair of my observations being observed and treansmitted. these passingers do not interfere with nor otherwise affect my life in any way. most of the time also there is no one actualy watching, just recordings being made into a kind of computer that is part of a kind of galactic united nations. very few humans on this planet are actualy are carriers of this connection. all have lived previous lives on other worlds. generaly member worlds of that organization. nor does this make us "time machines", though each of our individual lives may be widely dispersed in time. because the cartesian coordinates each of time, space and 'spirit' are not localized each in relation to the other two, the sequence of lives experienced may not correspond with sequence in vactor time as observed in cartesian space. but again this is not a 'time machine' phenomina in any usable sense, since the effect is more or less random and only occurs in relation to dieing from one life and being born into another. i hope this clarifies that point somewhat and clears up some potential misinformation. =^^= .../\...
A time machine would be cool. I'd want to send someone back to take pictures of Dinosaurs, I've been wondering what they really, truly looked like since first grade. Or neandrethals (sp?) would make some cool pictures. I wonder how long before there's tours of the pass. Like a bunch of people travel to another time and the person gives them a tour. Unlikely and dangerous, but still cool, right?
i think it's a very bad idea. it has been done. a very long time yet to come. and a lot of what is wrong now, including most of what is a real threat to our near future, is a resault of it having been. also, there is no threat or likelyhood of the planet itself ending. only the web of life on it. and the biggest threat to that, is our own species, and particularly the most coercive and chauvansitic idiologies and beliefs among it. =^^= .../\...
If I could go back in time, I'd just go to the 1960s and stay there forever. I could protest the war, go to a Doors concert, meet a bunch of interesting people, be a hippie, etc. That would be so great...I really, really want a time machine to be invented.
Many people belive we have discovered the structure of time and there is going to be an apocolypse sometime in 2012 A great man known as nostridamus who lived hundreds and hundreds of years ago predicted the rise of hitler, world war 2, and the stock market crash. also a catholic preist some years late known as st. malichi came up with these same predictions the crazy things is that both also predicted an apocolypse somewere near 2012. There are many other things leading to the same conclusion such as the Ancient chinese E ching calender, also Terence mckenna has developed a program that accuratly describes the past through a chart and for some reason at 2012 it dips into infinity. Many think that we will discover time travel or that humans will actualy evolve in to there concince and travel somewere much greater.
i dont think time travel is possible. the langoliers eat the past. haha. Time can only go forward, not backward. it can go slower depending on your speed though
From what I've read time travel into the future could be in therory possible, but time travel to the past would need to involve being able to create, use and manipulate so called "wormholes". However, either way would need something moving at around the speed of light and the amount of energy needed to move something the speed of light is beyond our comprehension.
I always wondered why nobody ever came back in time if they had time travel in the future. But it makes sense that they would be too scared to alter thier own reality. I think the only way somebody would travel back in time is if the world were about to be destroyed and they thought that they could somehow save everyone.
nope... i just looked at it from an outside perspective... looking at the earth from space we are a few cells that formed an organism that lives in a gas atmosphere on a rock revolving around the sun... we have technology to move around the rock... but how can anyone change time of the whole universe... nooooooo way
