Recently an undercover cop "just happened" to walk by (I think he was spying on us) after school while I was talking to my friends. He heard me say cops are assholes, and then proceeded to prove my point. He patted me down and said very aggravating things trying to get a rise out of me. He humiliated me in front of my friends and what's worse, right at the local hippy hang out! :( Luckily he didn't find my small weed stash hidden in my hat *PHEW!* ...shhhhh! don't tell... all the while his cop friends were standing around, one aiming a tazer at me... A tazer just for saying cops are assholes! Can you beleive it?!? Anyway right now I'm at the library and the library cops are watching me out of the corner of their eyes...I think the cop called them because I said I'd be here... I was too nervous to think up a good lie... they think I don't notice them watching...lol anyways I'd better close this before they try and read over my shoulder or something... but first I wanna say... Is this a violation of my first ammendment right to freedom of speech?

Um, I would have gotten their badge numbers and complained. They can't pat you down because you said cops were assholes. If you had threatened one of them or said something out loud that would have led them to believe you were potentially dangerous, then yes they can pat you down. But if what your saying is the whole truth, then they were just using their badges as an excuse to be dickheads. If they continue to harass you then you need to take action of some sort.

Which is why you should always carry a hypodermic needle on you. If the officer doesn't ask if you have anything that may stab or poke him, and you feel you are being unjustly pat down, then don't tell them. After they get pricked by the needle, tell them that you are a diabetic but are also HIV positive. Let them sweat that out for a while. Nothing like wondering if you have AIDS until your blood test comes back to make you think twice about patting people down that you really have no reason to.

Were these "kiddy" cops? If so I would report the incident to you dean.

If so they are cops in training, usually students. If you don't report it you let the abuse multiply. And they go on to professional cop status to feel it's allowed.

Stand up for your rights and the administration will keep their pit bulls under control, allow it to happen and it will just magnify.

Always carry some rolled up marzipan in a bag in your pocket -take time to make it look like a big turd with colouring and then when the officer says - whats that in your pocket say "its some shit I like to carry with me" - he will look in the bag and think you are mad
it will make him feel sick and then when he continues to pat you down just start farting and make sounds like youre straining for a shit - he will be reluctnt to try that again.

This is truly sad. I hope you told your parents this happened. If it happens again then you have a record from a reliable adult source. If not it's your word against theirs and...guess what will happen.
