Plan to smoke weed turned into an acid trip

A buddy and I had taken 2 firecrackers each worth of weed when we arrived at another buddy's house and he asked me if I had any money because he was scoring some acid tabs. I was like, fucking take it and get some acid. (I have never done acid but was really interested in trying it.) He comes back with the acid and I tear the tab in half with some scissors and was going to give it to my original buddy, but he passed up on it. It was for the best, because the last I knew of him he had gone to his house tripping off the firecrackers. HAHA I took the acid and he tripped out on some firecrackers. og god. Tomorrow I'm gonna score another 2 hits of acid, each for about $20 dollars.

We went to this nightclub notorious in town for getting high. I took the first half tab at 7 or 8 or 9 .. somehting, and now it's 3:30 am and I thought my trip was over but I'm still tripping on the acid. In fact. It's getting stronger. I took another quarter tab of acid like at 12:00am. Man I look at the screen and it gets stronger....

I feel I have graduated in drug world or somethign... like now I understand what tripping is all about and have an actual concept of it, and how much I want to compare it to weed but it has nothing to do with it. I mean, I did eat the firecrackers, and also took several tokes during the course of the evening. But I can feel it above all of that, but is not completely distinct of it. I make no sense probably, I feel how the words flow out of me, out thru my fingertips, and I hear the music in the background...

I don't know what to do.... I guess I'll ride it out, see what it's like... alas, tomorrow I can sleep in. This is in this forum becuase you are like my weed brothers and wanted to share this awesome experience.

The thing is I am tired, so I feel it's kind of a waste. But let me put up front... this was one of the most amazing nights of my life, in a very special way. Of all this I have mixed feelings but now rather sleep and then unclutter them tomorrow. Good night, fellow tokers!

a crowded, public venue isn't exactly ideal for your first acid trip (not including festies and the like). But, hey, congrats. Acid > All other drugs in my opinion.
You usually wanna take the whole thing at once though (most hits are really weak nowadays), but taking half is good to "test the waters". Taking the other half hours into the trip is usually a waste though, if you are going to need a 'booster' take it within an hour of the first ingestion (though this is not recommended for novice trippers, many a freak-out has been caused by being impatient).
Buy up all that you can now, you'll be glad you did later on.

You're still in the kiddie pool though (if you were able to function as a sensible human being). eat two or three hits next time (do NOT do this anywhere that you are uncomfortable, and do not watch television ((a horror movie commercial can turn a pleasant trip into a scary one))).

 

I dont know maybe they get strong acid doses ikn mexico if he tripped off a half. And at 20 bucks they better be good lol.

I finally fell asleep at 6:00am. It's almost noon, and feel like... burnt out. I am going to buy 2 more hits of acid. My friend knows this girl that studied a year in Canada. She writes a friend over there, and her canadian friend sends her blotters. So basically it's canadian acid. I definiteley want to up the dose, and also don't want to mix it with weed, to fully feel the acid. I got the visuals, especially tracers and melting. CEV's were apparent and OEV superimposed on what I was seeing. I felt it's profoundness, but its not as mind racing as weed, it's different. I'm gonna wait a while before doing it again, because it's something I feel I could abuse, but after yesterday's experience, know and understand that this cannot be. At times I felt lost in that I had no control over my trip, unlike weed, where I usually know at least what's up and how to keep it cool. All in all, I'm happy, and of all the things I realized is that I have been smoking weed way too much, daily...and now, I just don't see the point of doing this, especially since I'm going through a breakup of a long-term relationship. For quite some time in my trip I was quite convinced that I was never going to meet someone that makes my match and am going to die alone, that college was a great place to meet people but I am graduating this semester and also will be working, so I practically won't even be going, forever regretting my decision of breaking-up. Mind-fuck. I gotta get my shit straight first.

Some doses ar much stronger than others. The first, and only(so far), time I ate some acid, I only had one tab and it was almost overpowering.......this coming from a guy who has tripped HARD on other shit. Don't dismiss the fact that he was tripping just because he got stronger acid than you did. No offense:spliff:

 

It was quite the trip, but I think I can handle more. I'll try one whole tab next time, see what that's like. I want to learn something from future experiences, but don't want to dive in head first. I'm still picking up the pieces from this one.

 

You know, at Woodstock, they were encouraging people to just try a half a tab of the brown acid.

And, it doesn't really matter to me, but acid should be more to like 8-10 a hit.

Though, I don't do acid. I don't do drugs really... I mean, I have nothing against shrooms, herb, or maybe even a little opium, but once it gets past fungi and plants, I'm out.
