That was on dutch cable access television. It's hilariously good. The amazing part is when he uses the window as a vent and puts the speaker cloth over it so you can't see in.
Another genius part is hanging everything from the ceiling with rubber rings to stop vibration and noise pollution.

ive watched this a few times, and while it is quite crazy and detailed, its also quite expensive and overdone IMO. you dont need to do all that stuff really... out in the open, your plants are exposed to alot, so why take every precaution indoors?! not worth all the trouble IMO.


white walls, lights, water and ventilation is all the plants basically need...
