Cause most of the people getting gang stalked are political activists, dissidents, minorities, single woman, gays, outspoken individuals, people who have blown the whistle on corporations.

I have been doing some research and it seems that gang stalking might be a form of Cointelpro for the 2000. I have been asking a lot of questions about these gangs. What I have discovered about my city that I live in is surprising.

About 8 years ago, we started a program call City Watch, sort of like your weed and seed program, but ours is comprised of civil servants, unions, the police, fire department, transit operator, postal workers, etc. It started with 45,000 people and I can only guess that after 9-11 when they extended the service it must be close to double that or more.

I think what has happened is we have turned ourselves into a police state. If this program is close to 80-100,000 people and our city is 5 million. That is about 1 in 50 spys keeping an eye on things. So that's why you can be followed 24/7 cause people in each different ward or community take turns partroling. The ones that is that know about this program.

I had no idea this program was running. I have tried to get the cops to talk about it and they clam up. They won't say who is running it. I know it said it was governement funded, but I am suspecting it's run by our CSIS that's the Canadian version of Homeland Sercurity or the FBI or something like that.

Also I have been asking questions about David Lawson the guy who wrote the book gang stalking in America. His book is only available on a stalight pirate website. Does anyone remember that 10=15 years ago, the government set up a bunch of these to stop satalight piracy?

During Cointelpro the last time, they would put out false media stories, and they would get people going around spreading propaganda, and making real activist look like they were something else.

I was also reading some of the websites, and before people started talking about gang stalking, they were talking about covert war. Look at this info from a website.

Also I have been doing some research and what earthmother says sounds right. If it's the governement doing this, then they could be using something called disrupt and diffuse. A lot of those techniques could be what we are seeing in gang stalking and they could be training the general population to go along with stuff like this. Like that person could be dangerous, disrupt their sleep, follow them, slow them down.

Dudes I think this is what we are looking at, now I am still trying to find out more about this program or the one similar that the CSIS has going, but check out these articles and these video's.

The governement is trying to get people to snitch on each other. I told you there were snitches working for whatever was going on with gang stalking. So this starts to make sense.

Think about it this way, if these programs are being used again, plus our own citizen patrol forces, then it's the governements job to keep these a secret. That would include making people look crazy if they say people are following them around, putting them under survellence, and breaking in but not stealing stuff.

Also they would have people online set up to do this. They would be setting up websites, and things like that to try to draw in victims of these programs to further confuse them.

I am still doing research, but a lot of this makes sense now. Especially when I hear reports like earthmother, I think I am on the right track. So that is what I have been doing.

 

Here are some of the public details about city watch.

Now I don't know if City Watch is exactly what is happening, but I would be the CSIS program that they had running trying to get people to snitch and work for free. (At least pay them.) I think they used the City Watch or got the people in that program to help them out either under the same title or a different name.

Also I know stores like futureshop, and best buy are taking part. Those stores are American. Also some of our Unions over here have American times, so you can bet if we have something like this here, you have it in your cities.

So if anyone starts talking about being followed, the cops who are part of this are not really going to help that much, cause they would see the person complaining as a possible problem, suspect, target, or danger. People that are part of these programs would try to make the person talking about it look crazy to protect the integrity of the program, and to keep their spying a secret.

Now I am all for helping out your country and keeping an eye on things, I think that's cool and patriotic and all that, but if people are getting put on lists for their political views and things like that or for writing strongly worded letters, then that's really bad.

So if you are being harassed like this I would say get a lawyer. Interestingly when I contacted a bunch of lawyers and left my number with voicemail, I called myself from a different phone, and the voicemail was just cutting off the whole time. These people have for months been manipulating my phone, redirecting my calls. Sending me phoney emails, and making sure my emails are interfared with.

I finally filed a complaint with the post office, and got an email response back, after a month of emailing back and forth I get this letter that has nothing to do with what I complained about. So I got the original reference number, cause the guy in the email gave me a completly different one. I emailed the manager of the post office, and they have confirmed that the original reference number was the right one.

So who was the person that I was emailing? Also during this period I got some voice mail going, we got your complaint, the letter carrier has been cautioned, and he's on vaction this week but if you have troubles, just give me a call. (I never called, cause the message sounded phoney anyways.) So this means that someone put in a different complaint after me, with a different reference number. The lies about the postal worker being repermanded are just that.

So I don't know who I am talking to from one minute to the next, and my emails clearly can be manipulated, because I thought that I was emailing someone from the post office, but he was either not from the post office, or someone going along with this stuff.

So you really have to be careful, cause this is the stuff that Cointelpro pulled. I just don't know why I would be put on any list. I have strong political views, but I didn't think they were radical. Never broken any laws, but I did read an article about a 53 year old woman, who was just putting up some anti bush war posters, and she was arrested by 4 cops, thrown to the ground, ruffed up, and then they tried to put these phoney charges on her, and they made her get a mental exame or face 30 days in the psych ward. It's really crazy times we are in.

I think this is true in most countries. I also read recently about some peaceful protest where the police used rubber bullets, pepper spray and they beat down people. But they pepper sprayed children, some younger than 5. One guy said they pepper sprayed his daughter who is 5 and I read that they pepper sprayed a baby that was on the parents back. That's like crazy. I don't get what's happening.

However it seems that our world has been changed, and not for the better. These wars have changed our societies, more than we have changed anyone elses. (I suppose I will get in trouble for saying that, but too bad, it's true.)

International Call for FBI COINTELPRO Victim Testimonies:
Secret In-Home Torture Murder

Mounting documentation with hundred’s of tortured victim’s testimonies will soon be presented to U.S. Congress exposing the worst government crimes against humanity since the Nazi Holocaust. Hallmarks of this crime are: law enforcement refusal to protect victims, investigate, or prosecute; covering-up the crime with torture tactics created to appear so unbelievable that “mental illness” is used to discredit targets that complain, or so well-disguised that “mysterious illnesses” neutralize targets; and disruption of progressive social movements and neutralization of targets.

After the 9-11, 2001 mass murder, COINTELPRO operations escalated; covert agents infiltrating virtually every level of society worldwide to silence dissent by assaulting targets with deployed new military grade weapons and testing these weapons on them. Described as Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs) in Air Force Research Laboratory's Munitions Directorate, 2001; these new weapons include laser, high-power microwave, and particle-beam.

I found your article about Edwin P. Wilson all too frightening and hits me personally way too close to home. I was working at Harper Detroit Diesel in Toronto and one of my co workers or somebody in my customer base or the competition started poisoning my food over a period of months.
I almost died.
I had worked in the diesel generator industry for twenty two years as a field service technician at a variety of dealers and distributors based mostly out of the Toronto area. In this position I worked in and around all types of generator set applications such as apartment buildings, schools, retail stores, hospitals, marine units, data centres, airports, telephone switching centres, or just about anywhere you would find a generator set.This position also took me into a lot of high security buildings or buildings that you don't need to know exist. Some of the customers I have dealt with include Metropolitan Toronto Police, the Ontario Provincial Police, the R.C.M.P., Bell Canada, Transport Canada, Navigation Canada, Public Works Canada, Department of National Defence, the Ontario Realty Corporation, Nexacor Realty, AT&T, Cantel, C.I.D.A., External Affairs, and many, many more. I did quite a bit of work on high security micro wave and fibre optics communication links all around North America. This is where this poisoning comes from. One person I worked 15 yrs with on these systems, who I had not seen in 4 yrs, called me at home one night in the middle of this series of poisonings, who I didn't even know had my home phone number and asked "aren't you dead yet". I wound up on the West Coast of Canada standing in a parking lot with what were suppose to be Chinese Nationals from F.E.T.A.C. being photographed by the R.C.M.P. as part of a smear campaign.The worst part of all of this is Gerry Duffett almost died, thats me. The next worst part of all of this, is this is my tax dollars paying these freaks. I wonder how many times a day this goes on. I still don't know who poisoned me. I was off work for almost one year. I can now 5 yrs later barely hold a full time job. The harassment in my work place is unbelievable as far as off colour and snide comments about my mental health. There is much more to the story.

Since we are hall expreiencing a Cointelpro like situation, we can expect to have online false agents or perps who go around subtly threatening legit activists. I think it's important for people to not succum to death threats, and slander that might be aimed at them. We do know that last time around Cointlepro did not hesitate to set up legitmimate activist and dissidents. Many perps who joined these groups were also able to obtain high positions in these organizations which again put them in wonderful positions to destroy the activities of activisits and their movements.

The idea is to not be threatened and intimidated by these people, just be aware of how they opperate and then keep doing what you are doing. These people however are good at what they do, they have had over 50 years of trying to destroy dissendents, activits and others.

The same things that happened in the past are once again happening now, only they are happening with a vengence. It's important that we do what we can to get the truth out and to not be intimidated by those who are not working for this cause, but against it.

If this was not a globalisation forum, you would be saying something else. You clearly saw the links to Cointelpro and the fact that an investigation is being reopened into what the government did and is doing again. This relates to gang stalking. It also prooves what I was taking about was quite legitimate.

Why you choose to move a topic like this to the paranoid forum is beyond me, unless you are purposly helping to cover something up. I don't know you, so I can't make any accusations. All I know is that when Cointelpro happened, people did use their influence to shut down legitimate topics.

What this has to do with globalisation is the fact that some people think that part of what might be behind this harassment is the NWO and this is a way to get rid of some of the outspoken in society.

Again I find it interesting that you choose to move the posting here, instead of in a legitimate place. People are dying and killing themselves because of this harassment. You can go online and read their journals, visit the websites for yourself. I am sure that my website and many others have nothing to do with Christian fundamentalism as we have been accused. as a single women i have been the subject of gang stalking for many years. i was even given a book to read "go ask alice" by those involved in the stalking, who laughed when i returned it - because they knew i knew and the point of the book is that no one will believe you.

what i have learnt from the experience is how to walk my talk, to trust myself and have discovered how to reveal the person i really want to be...

i do not retaliate - i aim to speak life to those who seek to 'hurt' me; i remind myself that freedom is an idea that cannot be taken from me, no matter how many gangrapes i am set up for; i have realised the power of the word "No" and that there is strength in walking away. The thing is people are starting to wake and understand what is going on. That is why Cointelpro investigations will hopefully be reopened again, because what happened back in the 50,60,70's is happening now.

The other thing is that since 9/11 many programs like Weed and Seed, City Watch in Toronto, Citizens On Phone Patrol (COPP), Citizen Corp and many others became centralised, with their local elements taking part in helping to monitor and watch many of the cities where we live. The terror fever has swept over our societies more than we know. Many cities are virtual police states, because they have so many people snitching and spying.

The other problem is because of the confidentiality of these programs, we have participants trying to make anyone who talks about these programs or what is going on look paranoid. The idea is to make them seem crazy so that no one will believe, the other idea is to put out just enough truth mixed in with disinforamtion to cover up for what is going on.

Thus you have a legit thread like this being pushed to the paranoid mind trip forum. Hopefully people will be intellegent enough to see past the people that are so obviously trying to make others look paranoid.

Targets of this should be joining together and seeing what can be done legally, but we should also be trying to get this exposed. I think too many innocent people are being targeted for no good reason, and people who move forum postings to Paranoid or people who try to make targets look crazy are just enablers. Many are probably just trying to protect the integrity of these programs, and their own asses, but it does not help people that are geniuenly innocent, in getting the help that they need.
