I recently got "Peaceable Kingdom", the latest video from Tribe of Heart. Using Farm Sanctuary as a backdrop, the movie introduces viewers to factory farming and animal rescue.
Peaceable Kingdom differs from traditional animal-issues videos in several ways. First, it isn't a screed for veg*nism. The words "vegetarian" and "vegan" are barely mentioned, if at all. Viewers are shown the facts and are asked to come up with their own conclusions.
Second, the film isn't a parade of gruesome images and grim narration. There are scenes which are hard to deal with. Not in a gross-out, cover-your-eyes "Meet Your Meat" sort of way, but a "that's wrong and I empathize" sort of way. They are broken up by scenes of hope and humor, showing animals being rescued and taken to sanctuary. This will make the film more accessable to regular audiences.
In addition, viewers are introduced to people who help animals. We meet the owners of Farm Sanctuary as well as former farmers and ranchers who turned away from a life of raising and slaughtering animals.
All and all, this film is a far departure from the type of 'animal rights' videos most people are used to. It's worth every penny---get a copy and show it to your family and friends, or donate it to a library.

I am yet to see one of those movies. I just became Vegan on my own, but I bet those Videos would have helped me become one. Maybe I should buy one, or see if my Library has any...

Thanks for the info on the Video.

    Peace and Love,
    Dan
