Greetings my fellow hippie brothas and sistas! i'm a new chick here, i stumbled upon this siteand though it was pretty groovy. So anyways, i'm a "psychedelic artist" (i love saying that ^_^) and u can see my art by clicking the link to my page on my profile here. I LOVE the Beatles, they are the best band in the whole entire universe!!!!!! i also dig led zeppelin, the doors, yardbirds, cream, jethro tull, pink floyd, grateful dead, black sabbath, jimi hendrix, janis joplin, strawberry alarm clock, i think there are more but i can't remember them just now hehe. I live in southern california, it's a great place to live really. But there aren't that many hippies. I've been into hippies and the 60's since i was like 5. I plan to visit san fransisco and hashbury pretty soon, but i gotta convince my parents haha. They are not hippies, or anything like that. In fact, i'm pretty much the only hippie in my whole family, extended and close. pretty sad huh? well hope to get to know some awesome ppl here. 'till then, much peace n love. =)
Hey Ringo Starr...Keep your eyes wide open to the wonders of life and it'll blow,you away. As I think of bein' a Hippie, its more a state of mind than how someone might appear. Course, some old hippies just plain look like old hippies and thats great. Ya might be surprised who people really are once you get in back of their facade. The hunt is part of the fun...there may well be hippies all around you...if you can spot 'em. Enjoy!
