Hey stoners - I was walking through a park today. I remember in my smoking days my friends and I would go sit at a park and smoke a bong. Then we'd play frisbee and eat. Probably smoke more. I just realized how sketchy it looks for a bunch of hippies to be smoking bongs in parks. However, most people on this forum seem like serious stoners. How many of you just blaze up out in the open? Are you ever paranoid about this forum? A lot of you post some seriously incriminating shit... -Ben
I smoked weed once right outside my dorm building on a bench. It was night time though, so I wasn't that paranoid, but I was still pretty scared.
I roll joints and smoke em in the campus of my university. useually if you have just one joint and no other weed on you you can smoke anywhere. if someone notices you and you think he is gonna do something about it just throw away the spliff. once you do that you could even admit openly to a cop that you were smoking reefer but since you have nothing on you they wont do noting, or atleast this it's how it works where I live...
i used to do some sketchy shit. in fact i had an experience that reflected the old days, i just bought some bud. and it took me about 40 minutes to get to the place, and my and my friend smoked out of a bong on the highway coming back. it was tons of fun. i get paranoid about cops and getting in trouble often. it's just a scary thought, so much hassle and shit that you have to go through.... it's nice not to have thoughts and feelings like that, worrying and stressin, so i'd prefer just to chillax for that reason i usually try to smoke safely, whether in private or in public, using whichever precautions i thinkwill help..
had a police car drive past me and 2 friends at about 10mph when the school bus (we were on a trip) had pulled in at a motorway station so we could all stretching our legs and we decided to skin up. that could have ended badly
i smoke blunts and joints in pretty open areas, just walk off to a corner or behind something and light up cigarettes and it's usually pretty chill. just dont look sketchy. thats what matters.
I've walked down the street with a jay many a time before. I think its a bit more chilled out here tho, the general public really dont tend to care at all. Me and my friend were smoking on a bench on the cliffs near where i live and this woman walked past with her dog. She looked at us, grinned and said "smells like good stuff" then walked off.
My dad just came down while i was collecting my christmas chocolate for munching and said it smelled like weed and laughed then went to bed. I dont get him sometimes. Most peoples parents i know are pretty chilled about weed, aswell as most older people. My grandparents toke
I've lit up in front of cops just after coming through a checkpoint... haha, they can't really do anything about it if the other cop already let me through and it looks like I was smoking in front of the other cop. What can they say? "Hey.... was that guy.. was he hitting a bong?" I also sit on my porch in the the evenings and smoke a bowl, but not in mid-day or something since I live downtown and there are people everywhere. As long as you're not acting all shady or cracked out about it. There's also a house behind our house that used to be the guest house, but it's for sale right now... so sometimes I go over there and just smoke. Sometimes I'll go out to check the mail or the weather/temperature and I'll just walk around smoking. I also have this fallen over tree in the county park/reservoir area that I just come down there and sit and chill on. Smoke a bowl or a spliff.... occasionally my neighbor will come with me and smoke salvia (he doesn't like to smoke the ganj because of the halflife in his systm) while I smoke the cheeba. Occasionally, he'll ask if he can pack a bowl and mix it. Haha, I brought my guitar, so we smoked about a gram of 10x to each other a few bowls and went busking a week ago... started making up some songs and decided to call ourselves the Tri-State Hookers. We made enough for lunch, in front of the cafe we were jamming at.
i smoke blunts all the time out in public... parks, sidewalks, on the porch, on the roof, while riding my bike, on blaze rides, etc. the only time i ever smoked in front of cops was at bonnaroo. i smoked a bong with about 5 of my friends, in front of there tent, on the main road, while about 20 different cops passed by... they just looked, and did nothing else... we where also smoking a bowl of opium at the time, which they could obviously smell, but still they didn't care. i was out on bail at the time, so it could of been bad, but the cops just stared as huge clouds of smoke where coming out of our lungs.
