Place is zoned mobile home. There are 5 sewer hook-ups, and another
electric pole. There's one trailer here with 2 bedrooms. This is right
in town, so not as cheap as out in the country- but when you're out in
the back of the property you don't even know you're in town, yet there
is a city bus stop right across the street. There's half woods and half
field here. Lots of camping space in the back. Behind us is McKinney
State Forest. The south is a vacant 7 acres of woods, and the north
side is owned by the same land lord occupied by folks calling
themselves the art farm. Across the street to the west is a regular
neighborhood which is very different then our side of the street. I
have a lease until June 2008 here. Want to find people who can
contribute work into a garden, and/or pay their own way. Live in
vehicles and tent space, but the entire trailer is available. Was
thinking maybe if there are enough residents the trailer could be made
available for the community otherwise would have to rent it out for
    exclusive use. -woodstock-

sounds like a good opportunity. I would like to find someplace where you can still find a sweet deal. Because in Maryland forget it. Even a run down rowhouse in Baltimore will cost you 100,000.
