And... I ALWAYS NEED A FAG AFTER COFFEE...
I can see the connection between caffeine and nicotine because after I've had a strong (two heaped teaspoons) cup of coffee, cigarettes (well, spliffs more so than cigarettes) are the ONLY thing on my mind.

No, I'm addicted to both, just because two things are in the category of Stimulants, it doesn't mean the effects feel exactly the same.
Ecstasy, Speed and Cocaine are all stimulants, but the effects each produce differ.

As only a smoker of spliffs I became addicted to the tobacco. Knowing this and trying to smoke a pipe just wasn't the same without the tobacco and I just began to smoke more and more. It didn't help me, I became depressed and just wanted to stay indoors and away from people, this has been over a period of about thirteen years. Bad news so I had to give up and I feel truly, much better for it. Getting high can be the most creative and inspirational experience just could wish to have but all good things have a negative side effect.

Onto the point being discussed, as a none smoker it doesn't bother me but I laugh at the way smokers are portrayed in the media. You would think that they had sliced the throat of a baby when they put a cigarette to their mouths. One things for sure come the summer when you come home from a night out you'll not smell of fags, apart from the stains and smells of the chilli sauce spilt down your front while mumbling and fumbling your way home.

48hrs an cool, kids went for a sleepover :)

Still get the subconcious twitches, "what was I going to do, no I'm not".

I think everything helps really, just to be doing something is the key, the day elongates into small moments of finding activity, got quite a few years of repetetive behaviour to recondition.

Used a palm pipe 6 times yesterday not once did it have the required effect. I am aware that it is still smoking but to cold turkey on both at the same time is a bit daunting. Probably a teenth to last, then not sure what to do.
