A little history: Herb pillows have been used for headaches, sleeping problems, and prophetic dreams for many, many years. They are also used to scent drawers and stationary.
Choose a tightly woven fabric that wont allow the herbs to fall out.
Cut into 3" squares for tiny pillows, 6" squares for slightly larger pillows, one foot square for large ones. Sew together three sides of the fabric together, leaving one end open for stuffing.
-For prophetic dreams, stuff with dried mugwort. If your very sensitive or dealing with many personal problems, then you might not want to use this often.
-For sleeping problems(liked by men), 1 oz of lemon verbena, 1oz lavender flowers, a pinch of thyme, and a pinch of mint.
-For headaches and against nightmares, 1 oz of lavender flowers, 1/2 oz verbena, 1/2 oz lemon thyme, 1/2 oz woodruff, and 1/4 oz rosemary.

Those things are great, and they also make wonderful gifts! Last year for Christmas I made a little relaxation kit for the ladies I work for, and I put in an herb pillow, scented candle, and relaxation cd. They all loved it! :)
