I measure up to 7 3/4in.
But for a real measurement of size you need to measure around the shaft too. I hit 8 1/4in around, behind the head.
It's not always a benefit to be big though. My GF and I have a habit of breaking condoms if she's not properly stretched out first. Regardless of lubrication, natural or artificial.

 

Just over seven measured by my girlfriend, using a cloth tape from the pubic bone at the base of my penis on the upperside, to the tip (meatus) with the slight upward "banana" bend straightened out for the measurement. This is the way you should measure it, not with a ruler from the side. It does not really matter anyway, it is how you use it that really counts, and a 9" monster doesn't fit most women anyway.

 

Im around 7 inches, maybe slightly less depending on how hard.

MY OWN penis was a modest 6 5/8 inches (no circumference measurement avalable) nearly 7 months ago.

My new size after a long process of wieghts and "milking" is 8 3/16 long x 6 5/16 circumfance.

I figure since everyone claims to have 7" dicks that the doctors who did the studies must have shaved the numbers because they wanted to feel better....good logic right...LOL
