Are they legal? If so, where can I get some. I'm an Oregon resident. I checked online and sites offer seeds but I'm a little too sketched out to buy seeds online. Any help is welcomed.

i was told if you find a site that will ship seeds to the US, dont use YOUR address.... well i have no clue what else to use and i havent found any sites... if someone wants to fill me in id greatly appreciate it ! thanks
Go and get a PO box and have them sent there. Seedboutique.com and seedsbay.com are the biggest and most reliable sites out at the moment. Dr. Chronic also lets you use a credit card (only use prepaid, no papertrail) so theyare shipped much sooner. The stealth for SB was pretty impressive - I thought I had gotten ripped off until I found them hidden in the package.
