I only just realised how bad my posture is, i'm always slouching which has led to back pain, and i don't seem to be able to stay sitting up straight. I was wondering if there were any exercises you can do to improve your back? I don't know what i mean so i can't imagine you know what i mean either. blah Any help appreciated cheers
ab exercises will get you sitting up straight. suck in your stomach and hold it as long as you can for as many times as you can. aside form that, crunches and stuff will get you sitting up straight. (i had the same problem)
