Anyway to pass a piss test take a piss then just drink as much water as you possible can before the test, your body will end up with excess water and if you do it right you'll be pissing every 5 mins, and it will come out clear, so the amount of thc in it will be SO low they cant detect it.

If your car was in the driveway it was on private property and they therefore have to have your permission to search or a warrant. If you didn't give permission you might be able to get it tossed.

 

Since his grandma lives there, and turned over the box, then the cops didn't need a warrant to search anything, as they already had consent from a resident. His car or not, he's a minor, and minors have 'no' rights when an 'adult' resident is involved. A lot of jurisdictions assume that all property of the minor is owned by the adult residents on the premises, so any permission by them to search anything completely throws out any idea of a warrant being needed.

It'd be like you're a minor smoking in your room, the cops show up and ask to 'take a look round' If the adult at the door lets them in, then it's considered total 'arm's reach' or visibility. In short, they can walk through the whole house, walk into your room, catch you in the middle of smoking up, and nothing you can do about it, because 'technically' unless you're an emancipated minor (considered an adult legally, regardless of age) you're considered to be under the supervision of the adult. Property, if you will.

I'm sorry to say this, but your gramma screwed you hard, and technically, the LEO's were above board on the searching, but ask your lawyer if there's any way to make a stink about your property being your own, and if the constitutional right to search and seizure applies to minors.(in the language of 'all men are created equal, and have the following rights') If you've got a slick weasel, you might be able to get it thrown out that way.

Fight for every inch of your rights, but know what your'e up against. You could even have this case thrown out (if you get lucky) along with a countersuit of harassment against your gran, if she's got a history of being nosy and going through your things. It's tenuous, but if you can prove that her turning over the 'evidence' was from some mental condition or because of her harassing you or making your life miserable, it could be possibly shifted to an entrapment case, which'd change a LOT of things, especially with the LEOs trying to get you to cooperate, and threatening you to secure cooperation.
