What are some of the things the herb has shown you about yourself, that you like or dislike, about others or the world. It's brought into repentence(not bible thumper repentance) re(again) pent(think). It allows me to chill out and think what habits do I have, how do I treat other people, general things, it makes me sensitive to emotions you could say. I've realized how my words affect others and learn to watch my tounge, I realize how my actions affect other people emotionally. Also I've seen that no one person is the same AT ALL, we all have our thing, we all want to express ourselves in different ways, and the worst thing you can do is deny someone else or yourself of expressing themselves, music, clothes, hair, talk anything, just to learn to be you. Another thing, is kind of what aldous huxley said, were really alone through this life, each person is like a point in experience, we may react to each other but you're really all alone in your conscious and choices for yourself, no one can make you change its all up to you, you need to do your own thing, no one cares whether your cool or not, at the end of the day they're all alone thinking about their own shit. So basically, love others for who they are, be yourself(while allowing others to do so also), just be natural i guess.
it's making me change, in a positive way, slowely but surely. I've seen through it the sorrow of people and pain, i want to do something to help people, i've been trying harder in school, i realized how fortunate i was to live in a country that provides it.
It taught me that Maury Povich, Jerry Springer, and Judge Judy are all more accurate reflections of our species at the moment than any sympony or piece of art.
Same. I see the world a lot more peacefully now. I used to be a pissed up aggressive arrogant prick before weed. Weed4tehwin
I think I also learned a lot about my true self, and how I've changed over the years. I'm a lot more chill than I used to be, probably from smoking weed, and I like it. I don't take things as seriously as I used to, and don't have as many problems as I used to.
good thoughts so far, im likin all of this. since ive started smoking ive become a lot more open to other people's choices and decisions, for better or worse. i mean, weed blows my mind every time i smoke, i just think "omg, how can i ever live the same after i realize this?" haha, then forget what i was thinking about. anyways, ive learned to take 'er easy, let life live and enjoy your pleasures
i can say i once went 3 mo without smoking -not by choice only to stay out of jail- which quickly turned into fuck them i'll smoke if i want to and when i did i realized what was wrong with me for 3 mo.
to deal with stuff without getting so pissed off all of the time, and to question authority and never scream OH SHIT DUDE in math class
^^^ yeah, and that too. We should introduce marijuana dealing classes in public schools to teach children the metric system
i learned lods of stuff on how plants work, growing, etc. i reckon marijuana is probably the thing im best at, i mean ive been preparing to grow for over a year now, with an unsuceeded attempt, reading stuff about weed alomst everyday on here
Nothing you can put in to words to easy, or elss you wouldnt require weed to learn them. They are more deep set feellings than teachings.
Its hard to say what its taught me, its part of me, ive grown with it. I would like to think i would have figured out alot of things from the last few years without it but im not sure.
one of the many things I have learned from the herb not everyone who smokes herb is cool.... some of the biggest a-holes I have met were tokers as well. Just cause you blaze it dont make you immune to being a jerk!
weed kind of puts me in a witness consciouness where you're more aware of what's going on. on all scales. you're aware on the very grandest scale at the same time you're aware of the smallest detail. that helps when doing ANY activity because it heightens the experience. playing an instrument is AWESOME while high, ya know? it helps you to realize what's really important in all situations. which will, in turn, have an effect on your personality and how you act. when writing, it would help me connect ideas and be more creative in how to say something. i used to do certain parts of term papers (for my university) while high in order to improve them. i usually got A's, then sometimes B's. and then there's the general, non-stop vibration of all things. your body vibrates, your vision vibrates, the world in general vibrates. it's nice
