I've had the pleasure to spend time in eight of those fourteen countries. I wonder why Nigeria and Sri Lanka are not listed. Those are the only places I was truly worried about my skin. In Nigeria we were shot at (or over our heads) by the police, and in Sri Lanka a technical training class I was teaching was attacked by morter.
The only reason I thought it may have been the state originally is because of it being posted here as "interesting". Most things of "interest" in random thoughts are comical, and that would've been quite comical to see the state of Georgia listed among countries such as Iraq and Pakistan.
With the number of STD's you've had or still have for all I know, you should be number one on the list.
I'm surprised New Orleans isn't there--9 murders in the first 8 days of the year.I'll be skippin' Mardi Gras for sure. And what about Mexico?
I'm not sure exactly what the criteria was, but there are A LOT of unsafe countries out there....so if they included all of them...the list would be too long for any of us to want to read.
But Papua New Guinea is an equatorial city and I really want to be warm all year. Papua New Guinea was my way to make that dream come true. Plus, they have great diving and don't eat as many people as they used too-it's really only a remote island tribe that does that anyway.
Democratic Republic of the Congo was my plan B as it is also warm all year. Why do savages and rapists have to occupy all of the cities that offer year round warmness?
In regard to their proclivity to eat people in Papua New Guinea, there hasn't been a reported case of Kuru in 10 years Hotwater
You all obviously havent spent any amount of time with crazy hill billies (myself included on a good day ha!) i'd say in the hills of VW/ KY
so are ya gonna buy me a plane ticket or are you just rubbing the lack of cannibalism in my face to say 'hah you cannot live in heat'.
im afraid haiti would be very scary compared to w v .....n y c is a very safe city as crime goes ....i duno bout car accidents though .
