Good luck with that,I hope you're at least learning a trade out of it.All you can do is keep it up and remember it's all just temperary.Someday you'll be the boss and they'll all be looking at you funny.
Haha, yes. Today I was filling up 6 inch pots with dirt most of the day, so I practiced 6 inch plastic pot jugling, I'm getting rather good at it. I can now also pressure clean something like a motherfucker, grow any bloody houseplant on earth for birth to decay, work a greenhouse, spray mix match chemicals, run a miniature train thingy, unload a truck in record time, professionally drive a golfcart at "fast" speed, tell Japanese Painted fern and Australian painted fern apart just by looking at them even though they look practically the same, and many more fairly pointless life skills. At least I get to practice my Spanish alot... well... all day. Man, I had to leave an hour early today... I got neck problems and my neck couldn't handle it... started gettin chronic pains.
your translating and not making a shit load of money?/ here translaters are paid a premium,,as long as there on the payroll that is.. oh an by the way,,my guess is yer not getting paid monday neither...
I'm not translating, I'm working like a Mexican with Mexicans... pure manual labour... lifting shit and shit and shit... buildiiiin muscle! Don't matter too much if I don't get paid Monday either... tis a family buisness, and I's family... so shit will be alright.
If they are terds about it again maybe you should steal from them I was repeatedly accused of haveing food in my bedroom when I was'nt, so now I actually do... I just think if your going to get in troble, get in troble for somthing you actually did.
I got a stipend when I was with AmeriCorp. It came in the mail. Greatest thing ever - same amount, twice a month, no matter how many hours I worked.
Four fluently... Russian (mother tongue), Hebrew, English, and Spanish. ...and then some various phrases and words in a couple of other languages... I could probebly get by in most of europe.
I think it depends on what state you're in, but that practice is illegal, you should report it to the labor board. I once worked in a gas station where they did the same thing and I found out it was illegal. That's the Dept. of Labor. Bustramp
Yeah me too... If i'm lucky i could take it as complementary class next year Or i could take German I as well ...
i've never had any desire to learn german. its like the only language i dont want to know. but antoine, you know french VERY fluently. and nothing is hotter than that.
Oh well, thank you Maryanne :H But i don't have much merit since french is my mother thongue and that i live in a french-speaking province
It's very close to German when spoken though, a tad rough. When we and my mother are talking about everyday stuff, people think that we are arguing
really? hm. every time i've heard it, it didnt sound like that. but it might have been the individuals i've heard it from.
