The kind of art show and where it's at will help you decide how much to sell it for. If you where to sell it around where I live you could get a few hundred for it.

Seriously? i was only thinking maybe 100-150 max. If thats true then i can make a fucking living off of this!

I know that people will pay crazy shit for art thats not even that good, but only if the artist has done other things that are really good in the past, then they will. Like at an art festival i went to last year a guy was selling these little paintings that i swear to god i could easily do in 15mins max. I mean all he did was slap paint onto the canvas! He was selling them like hotcakes for up to a hundred bucks each. I couldn't believe it. I think it comes as more of a signiture from that artist to the person buying it, then a painting.

I'm not that known in my region for my art so i didn't think anyone would pay that much for my art at all. I'll post pictures of some other things i'm selling here in a little while, and you tell me what you think people will pay for them.

It is a really good rendering, but the signature and date throws me off. I can't help it. I'm all for people signing their work - I just like it on the back so it doesn't distract. How big is the drawing? The size is a major factor. If it's small it shouldn't be too expensive. One thing my art teacher taught me - you have to be arrogant about your work. Sell it for what you think it is worth (as arrogantly as possible).
