Pulse finally came out on DVD this month.

    I'm scared.

I think the bible says something along the lines of Pulse finally coming out on DVD being one of the signs of the apocalypse.

Pulse is the greatest live album of all time and 'Comfortably Numb' is the greatest live performance ever IMO...

I havent seen this thread before till now.......

good live album, I would say......

I watched it when it came out in 96 or so...... on vhs....

yeah comfortably numb is the best song on the whole show..... dave's guitar solo is just spectacular, and the light show and the crystal ball just accentuate it.... I love the part when the crystal ball opens up and dave just does that shredding on his guitar solo...... it just gives you goosebumps

Pulse is good.... Disc 1 is pretty amazing, but...

Their darkside is, imo, far inferior to both the studio version and Roger Waters' current version. The sped-up versions of Time and Us and Them piss me off to no end.... such a shitty idea that was. And the girl who sings Great Gig displays great singing ability but turns it into more of a good vocal performance than an symbol of death...

It was nice to see some changes in the floyd classics, but sometimes its best to leave things be..

    Still great stuff though.
