North Carolina, I'm 15 years old. Alright, well me and 3 friends were looking for some bud and vodka. A friend of mine bought 1/8th and smirnoff, we mixed w/ sunkist and went to a golf range. We smoked a bowl there and went to hit some balls. We left that and was on our way to a friends for a Halo session and we got in an accident. One of my friends chucked the smirnoff w/ weed in the bag into the woods which was quickly recovered by the cops. I didnt buy any of it but i did drink and smoke. We are all being charged w/ posession and under age drinking and shit. P.s. i've already done teen court like 3 years ago. But what will happen to me consiquence wise? What will happen...
I wouldn't expect any of you to get out of either the possession or minor w/alcohol charges. It's not worth guessing on the possible consequences really. Too many variables. Get a lawyer if you or your parents can spot the dough. Being under 18 you shouldn't end up too-fucked depending on your record. Probation is a probability. Was the driver drinking?
well, I know what would happen to someone over 18 in your position, but I do not know what would happen to a minor. if this is your first weed offense, and you are tried as an adult (highly unlikely) you could go to prison for thirty days, and an additional year for paraphanelia possesion. Your probably gonna go to juvie, I can tell you that right now. You have a long adolecsence of drug tests and loneliness to look forward to. I'm sorry man

you def wont get juvie depending on your record. there would have been the possibilty of going to a detention center overnight maybe but youll probably get 6months to a year of probation.
this guy has already been in junior court. I have no idea what this means, but it probably means that he has a previous record. So he's more likely to go through a lot of shit. Maybe just reform school if he's lucky
dude ur not gonna go to juvie. it was pot and alcohol, its really not a big deal. my friend got arrested for possession of coke and he had just blown and he just had to do this once a week for 6 weeks program
ive been busted twice while under 18. the first time i went through that tenn drug court shit and the second time i had probation for 6 months and some community service, although washington is pretty leniant on marijuana laws so im not sure about NC
I had a half o on me when i was a minor, got busted, and only had to pay a fine. No lawyer, just pass the goddam drug test. You won't get juvie just piss clean and look decent.
