I work in a large company and we just got an internal letter. Some guy has been out of work on medical leave. He will return to work shortly as a she. He has had "gender reassignment" surgery. He is now "Gina". I'm OK with this as this doesn't effect me, but there has been a lot of conversation, as one might imagine. I am wondering if a man or woman that has had this proceedure is able to have orgasms after the change is complete? Does anyone know anything about this?

im aint sorry, but, ya nah...he will NEVER be a woman. its just not possible. so he might have surgery to change his physical features. Drugs and hormones to make him feel like a female "within". but really, he is an abomination to the living. but yeah, i live by the rule of "live and let live"....so, i hold no judgement.

Hey, nice signature. That happens to be one of my favorite positions. Back on track. What someone wants to do with their own body (I believe) is their business. The rest of us don't have to like it, but I agree we should just look the other way if it bothers us. I have to wonder how many of these gender reassignments end up feeling "What the fuck was I thinking?" a few years, or sooner, after the operation. I also wonder how they can have an orgasm? Or if they do have an orgasm, is it as good as what they experienced before the operation. I would guess that a man changing into a woman isn't going to experience an orgasm the way a woman would, just because they now look like a woman on the outside. Just some of the stuff that goes through my mind.
