are shrooms almost impossible to OD on, like LSD? I have heard there is like one case of a death directly from LSD, from a guy who injected heaps of it. is that the same from shrooms? has anyone ever died from theyre direct effects?
i dont think anyone has ever died from shrooms except maybe goin in traffic or falling from somewhere but that is rare shrooms r very intoxic u can od in a way but u just trip extra hard and prob will have a bad trip
thought i read somewhere on here maybe that the LD50 for shrooms was one's body weight in them or alternatively the equivalent amount of pure psilocybin as one's body weight in shrooms...so basically you'll prolly kill yourself before the shrooms actually do
if u did that ur stomach would burst open way b4 u got even close and u would throw some of it up and it would cost a ton of money lol
When you say shrooms, most of that's psylocibes. Those, like LSD, are for all intents and purposes impossible to physiologically OD. However, Amonitas, and various other mushrooms that may have psychodelic effect vary greatly in their toxicity and some can be deadly easily. Good mushrooms (especially psylocibes) are very safe, but misidentification and other variation can lead to serious hazards with ingesting fungus. Know your source. Peace, Ryvr
It is possible to die from eating even the common mushroom that you get on the street, but you would have to be REALLY determined to try. I have a feeling that at some point you wouldn't even be able to put food near your mouth, I know that when I ate around 15 grams one time I wanted to continue eating the ramen noodles they were in, I had to stop when I started gagging. This is not a good idea, being sick while tripping is probably one of the worst things to feel.
Damn right. How about being sick every 5 minutes unless you had lots of fresh air? That's what I was like, and had the worst abdominal cramps ever. Annnd I ate them with Peanut butter and puking that up was vile. However, I fucking love the mushies.
after i trip on shrooms i get really bad cramps in my legs the next day, does it do that to anyone else.
I was sick constantly for ...well I'm not entirely sure how long, at least about 2 hours I was rather uncomfortable. It was a combination of the nausea, being afraid of throwing up in my friend's dorm and not being able to tell if I was going to throw up that made it so bad. Then things got worse, I couldn't really throw any of it up - a little came out but not enough to make me feel better. I also wasn't really sure that what I was experiencing was what was really going on. LOL I love em too, later that evening I kept talking about what a great experience it was, my friends were so confused.
