good post, but I should point out oxymorphone is, without dispute, more than 4x the potency of oxycodone (closer to 14, if i remember). Also, IV morphine is far more potent than 5x oral morphine.
Hey, I didn't notice that. Not sure about the Oxymorphone but yeah, IV Morphine is most definitely more than 5x as potent as oral.
