I keep thinking people are stealing my mail.

I know its not justified...prolly just a fluke 4 day period with no mail....but my mail , at least the junk mail was very predictable.
I was always home for my mail delivery but than I got my shift changed. So I come home well after the mail is delivered, and for 4 days I recieved nothing....

I dunno, paranoia is irrational no?

get a postal box or a locked mail box infront your place

it is not unusual for some characters to wander the streets during the day stealing peoples mail. the postman can also steal your stuff too. ask around your area, neighbours etc maybe their stuff is getting stolen too?

 

Have you considered installing a security camera to monitor the mailbox?

I'm starting to think people are trying to open my mail. I get alot of envelopes that have damaged flaps, as if someone has been trying to open the envelope. Theoretically, it could just be handling damage, But it happens so often I'm starting to think something intentional is going on.
