Best Movies While High (Parallel Thread)

hey i love movies plus weeeed. i would say any great horror film, grizzlyman, ANYTHING by david lynch, spinal tap, mostly all my favorite movies i love to watch high. but i think the real question is what movies are fucking (i just joined like 5 minutes ago i don't know if cursing is allowed) awful to watch while high. i think i'll start it off with facezz of death.

 

I just watched Waiting the other day (baked of course which is the only way I ever watch movies) and it was fucking hillarious, may very well be better than Grandmas Boy (also fuckin' illarious)

And back in my earlier days of smoking pot, when shit would still trip me out a bunch, The Wall, and Dark Side of the Rainbow are amazing. I save those for mush trips now though, weed isnt trippy enough anymore.

 

not a funny movie at all but if your into war movies, Vietnam in particular, We Were Soldiers is an absolutely amazing movie. Really opens your mind up to what some of our soldiers went through, especially if you watch it high.

 

I din't like We Were Soldiers, all that much. I like Platoon, man. That shit is crazy.

Definetly 40 Year Old Virgin...Half Baked is good too. I really like watching movies with people getting high in them while I am high. I pretty much only go for comedies when I am high though cause everything else kills my enjoyment of the high (like even though people get high in Requim for a Dream I would never watch it while high).

 

Agreed, Platoon and Apocolypse Now are both pretty good movies. I just like We Were Soldiers, for one i have an uncle that faught in that battle (Ia Drang Valley), and after listening to him talk about the movie and his experiences there.....seems to me that We Were Soldiers was made alittle more realistic than the others. But who knows, I wasn't there.

 

Anywho, Cars is a pretty sweet movie to watch while stoned. Just all the detail they went into with the movie is amazing.
