If you own a fairly new cellphone, you are already equipped with a gps that can locate you. Who has to implant it, most of you walk around with it glued to your person right now.
I see the American population responding to simple marketing why get into expensive bio engineering, when all you have to do is promise them lower insurance rates and they'll agree to anything. . . Whoever thought we'd all pee in to a cup to get a job as a sales clerk? Whatever happenned to personal privacy and unreasonable search and seizure. In the Seventies we allowed for search and seizure in situations that were clearly unconstitutional. The drug csars promised that that would fund our local governments. And many innocent individuals lost personal property and capital in order to offset tax cuts that benefitted only the most wealthy corporations and individuals. If we buy into the lies, we allow it to happen to ourselves.

I would expect our government to want to make sure that I am healthy and happy and in awe of this wondrous life. It is unnerving that it doesn't give a shit. But on the other hand isn't this government We the People??? Hmmm...
that video was extreemly one sided and yried to scare people away from those chip things. And it worked so its 1:30 in the morning and I have become paranoid. but if the chips were to be used in a toltarianistic government, i would take this more seriously
