glass screens

Have you guys seen these? They are little doohickeys that go in your glass pipe to cover, yet not block, the hole. They work great. So cool, but small. My local head shop always has the coolest things.

 

That's awesome! I've never seen them before, I'd probably lose it though because it's so itty bitty.

 

Yeah we have them around here. They don't look like that though. They look like little diamonds with prongs on the side, so as not to block the hole.

 

I've seen them a time or two. Dutchman's doesn't always have them though. They seem to work pretty well.

 

If i ever need to use one i would just use ipod screens : z

 

^^^ I did for a few weeks, but I would lose them immediately after every session cause I had to cut them so small for the socket bit I was using as a bowl. So now, I no longer have any ipod screens for use

 

Do they work good? I wanted to buy these for a long time now, but worried they will block the hole. I might have to pick up a few this weekend.

 

They work great. You have to pick the right one for your bowl. The ones my head shop has are in all different shapes and sizes. The thing I've noticed is you need to clean them off after each bowl or they'll possibly get stuck in the resin accumilating.

And yeah, they're itty bitty. I've lost one already (or did step-son steal it, I wonder?).

 

how much are they? they cant cost that much Im guessing

yeah, pretty cheap... i didn't like the fact that you have to be diligent in cleaning it every few bowls, im waaaay too lazy . but other than that it preserves the whole glass experience lol
