My almost nine year old says her chest "area" is hurting aka sore. I think I see buds. She is getting breast already????!!!!!??

whats so bad about puberty?

 

its bad cuz i haven't gone through it yet:&

 

I hope for both of your sakes it's not puberty.
Puberty is such a hard time, not to mention how hard it would be going through all that shit at such a young age.

Alot of kids start puberty at nine. More and more children are starting their periods at the age of 7.

My boobs popped in and they grew fast and I burst threw one of my bras. I liked mine and wanted to wear low cut so I looked like I had cleavage. (Unfortunately that was about the time I noticed all my halter tops disappeared and I had nothing left but high neck shirts lol.

 

I guess I should consider myself lucky, I didn't get my period until I was 13.

 

I still havent had mine, is something wrong with me

 

I got mine when I was 13. That was just about the same time I started to develope.

Here's a lil' story about me that humiliated me. I had a cold chest in the cafeteria one day and someone I knew that I REALLY liked (hey, I was 13. We got crushes at 13 back then) noticed I was cold. My nickname was "Nips" for like the next year. Such difficult times...

hahaha, fontella. my sympathies. and yes, your panic does make sense. my nieces are 14 now, and they are some of the most er...childish kids ever. i worry about em, though, because i remember what my life was like at 14.


i started puberty fairly early as well. it sucked, and was generally embarassing.

 

some people start puberty when they're 7ish..and some people dont start Puberty till they're 15 or something.. i didnt get my first peroid till I was 13.. and odd thing.. before then i was almost kinda looking forward to it.. lol.. and now i know.. and dread it..
