It depends on body type, tolerance, and health. I have taken 120mg at a time with no ill effects. Why do you ask? You thinking of ending it all?
Yes that is impossible to answer not knowing anything about your physical state. Also, it depends on what actual state your in at the time of ingestion, like had you eaten before hand? Not eaten all day? Sick? heart rate normal? Any other drugs? If you are new, or have never tried dancing the thin line of opiate overdose life and death, then I wouldnt reccomend even taking more than 40mgs. I myself would feel confident enough to take upwards of 200-250mg's without OD but I would have to lay down from the nausea lol
Well, taking Soma with it is about as harmful as drinking alcohol, and Tylox is basically the same drug as Hydrocodone, as they both come from Thebaine, a naturally occuring opiate which the average Papaver Somniferum Poppy consists approximatley 1 % of, next to Morphine, Codeine, and a few others
What?! I mean obviously if he is taking a large amount he wants to make an extraction, but last time I checked Opiates are far more lethal then Acetaminophen lol.
Actually, Acetaminophen is very letahl. If he didnt use cold water extraction then taking 120 mg of hydrocodone in say 5/500 form would equal 12000 mgs of acetaminophen which would almost definately be a leathal dose. 5000 mg of acetaminophen could cause toxicity in the body and kill you. So just be careful. Also, opiate overdose can be reversed with naloxone (Narcan) but acetaminophen cannot.
