If you mean you can't masturbate enough to orgasm and ejaculate, hence have semen come out, then don't worry, I'm sure the 1st time we all did it we all weren't exactly sure what that pressure building up was, but just keep going, it'll feel great. If you mean when you orgasm and no semen comes out, well if you are young, it just might be your testicle have not started to produce any yet, if you're older though you could be a late bloomer, but I'd ask your doctor about it.

Most guys need at least 10 minutes to get set up for a second go at an orgasm, whether through intercourse or willy wacking. I guess that is because your testicles need a little time to get the next round of sperm in place for the shoot. Well I have masturbated every day of my life (life as in soon as I could lol) and I would have to disagree about the 10 min wait... Why are people embarrassed about masturbating? It is a natural and necessary human function, like blowing your nose to remove mucous. The testicles produce sperm, which should be eliminated from your body every week or so if not sooner. And masturbating provides emotional and stress release for both sexes, when a sex partner is not available. Nature gave most guys the ability to orgasm by age 13 or so, but society says you can't marry until later, so something has to be done to handle this timing difference. And masturbation allows a guy to get to know his sex organs, and how they react to sexual stimuli. If I a guy 20 years old told me he had never masturbated, I would say he is not telling the truth or has an extremely low sex drive.
