Get knee surgery. If it gets infected with gangrene they cut off their leg below the knee and put on a prosthetic leg- well if they can afford it. If they can't afford it, which many Americans can't with the high cost of health care, then they are screwed and just take prescription drugs for the pain.

I am a female. I know many male americans and female americans, though in larger cities you can find Americans that are both male and female or are males trapped in a woman's body or women trapped in a man's body. Same as everywhere else.

 

Life in America is good as long as you have marketable skills to get a job and keep watch on your finances. If you are not materialistic then you will get along fine. If you are materialistic then you will end up eye ball deep in debt like many Americans.

America does have unemployment where you file and the government gives you money. This is most often on a temporary basis as they help you find a job.

The most beautiful place in America that I have been to would have to be the Smokey Mountains in Tennessee.

Prom is a formal dance often with a DJ or a live band- depending on the budget. Mostly they play that top 40 junk and meet in a hotel ballroom.

yes. it happens all the time. however, when it happens, it can be incredibly confusing. most people's minds are not strong enough to take the shift. they develop delusions of grandeur and completely forget that there's an america betwixt the coastlines. this is what is called "fly-over country." we let them lose their minds and run around like idiots while we go about our business and roll our eyes at them. this is also the reason why most politicians spend their time in the coastal states: they can easily shepherd about the truly confused.

 

yeah and the ones who end up stuck in the "fly-over country" end up running for president
