Menthol Smokes

I can get menthol smokes for free, but I can't stand the menthol flavor. Is there any tricks I can do to get rid of the menthol or do I just have to keep buying Peter Jacksons?

i would say dont smoke them and sell them instead. Then just use that money for more bud or buy whatever ones you like.

I forget which brand of cig it is, but in one particular brand they just spray the filter with a menthol flavoring. So you could like rip the filter off and, i dunno tape it to another cig filter ;D

ughhhh......newports are so disgusting and plus there so bad for you. Everyone that ive talked to that has smoked them has ended up coughing up blood because of them.

 

Ya ive also heard there really bad for you, try sellin em.

 

Any menthol cigs are worse than regular, but I do like newports every so often

 

you can just rip the filters off them and smoke the unfiltered. but thats harsh, you may not like it.

Newports have more tar and nicotine then most other common brands for one thing. Not to mention a punch in the face of menthol.

 

Yeah these aren't that strong... So far I've been using my own trick of sucking on a Vitamin C throat lozenge while smoking it, and it works pretty good but I'm running out.

when i was a regular cigarette smoker i almost never smoked menthol. it was almost always regular cigarettes...camels, pall malls, winstons, dunhills, gualoise, whatever i felt like getting....

but i've coughed up my fair share of blood and brown shit. my cough has gotten much, much less severe since i've switched (mostly) to good cigars and pipe tobacco, but i still occasionally have some minor respiratory troubles.

either way, menthols and cloves are both worse for you than regular cigarettes, and even some light cigarettes are worse for you, but still regular cigarettes can tear you up with equal ferociousness. i've seen LOTS of blood come from me...its no good at all.

i'd say try to quit while you can. failing that just trade the menthols for regulars.

 

the tar and nicotine are higher in newports but its the fiberglass thats really bad for u. ive heard that newports crystallize the insides of ur lungs. still love em though

 

Heres the problem with trading or selling them :

Nobody likes menthols.

And quitting is so hard, since I just started college (stress) and I have been smoking less pot (more stress). I'd probably quit if I had a bottomless bag of dope, but until then I'm gonna smoke cigs.
