I only have dreams aboult real life and thats aboult it. Ive had aboult 4"scary dreams" if u can call it that where my cousin tries to kill me lol thats aboult it. The thing is that I want to dream more often but i cant i just asleep and i wake up and nothing. Also that whole lucid dreaming I had only one where this wierd murder who resmembled freddy- that guy with the stripe shirt, who like came after me where I felt myself in real life and reliaze that i was in a dream and that i had to wake up or i would die lol..... and then I said god plz help me and i woke up right after. Then I read dreams of where they see and interact with angels and I asked god for one but didnt have one... so idk I know that its not possible but is there any way to have more dreams often or should i just hope or idk..... plz help

Start by getting 9.5 hours of sleep a night. Don't do alcohol, drugs, tobacco, junk food and soda. Drink plenty of water. Eat right, exercise every day for an hour. You should be dreaming in no time.

Now, if you are dreaming and you just can't remember, that too is probably because you're not getting enough sleep. You want to wake up before the alarm clock goes off. If the alarm clock goes off before you wake up, you didn't sleep enough. Keep to a strict schedule. Yeah, that means no staying out all night and throwing youe body clock out of whack.

The best and most vivid dreams I ever get are in the morning, like when I fall asleep again after I've been awake for a few minutes. And it always happens

i read somewhere that everyone has lots of dreams, even if they think they dont, they do.. and it says you have to learn to remember your dreams in the morning or something

yeah ive heard the same thing dazedandconfused, im not really sure how to remember them more but there is a way. i find that if i relax and meditate when i wake that remembering dreams become easier, and also white feather made a good point about waking up before the alarm clock. if i am able to awake on my own will i find i remember a lot more about my dreams. sometimes i will write down what i remember as soon as I wake up and later as i read it i will remember more.

    keep dreaming

All you have to do is think of remembering your dreams. When you wake up, lie still and think about what you dreamed. Most of the times I forget my dreams are caused by being so sleepy when I wake up that I don't realise it was all a dream and I get up and start doing stuff before I realise, so make sure to lie there for at least a few minutes before doing anything. Do this along with all the other advice on the post, and you should be OK. I used to only remember a few dreams a month or so, but about a week ago I made a conscious decision to try and remember my dreams, and now I can remember up to about four a night, so it does work.

I posted a link to some Tablets that help with dream recall in another thread called " Lucid dream" ....well worth looking into.... they GREATLY help with Dream recall..... and with some effort on your part could probably help you out.... here is a link to the website www.dreamboost.com

Like Sun Heart Girl said.... upon waking up...try to remember what you were dreaming.... work back thru the dream in your mind.... It also helps to write it down while you are remembering ....

Also, Smoking pot before bedtime will also hinder your ability to recall dreams...

I often have trouble remembering my dreams, and I don't have a lot of them.
But I do seem to remember a few vivid dreams I had years ago.
