Just looking at this album's cover reminds one of a time when we would listen to the beatles or chill on a stone with Led Zepp. Now open the cover sleeve and feel the retro as you look at the cute drawings of each band member with a little squibble message of bosh. Now put cd on and switch straight to track five! Now listen to the whole album. It is fucking awesome. This album was well produced right down to the graphics and paper type of cover sleeve. Once you listened to cd, take a look and feel at the cd. On the facing surface, it is a silky texture. I give Kazabian Empire album 10/10 what are people's favourite tracks?
"Empire" hasn't grabbed me the same way their debut did. But I do like it Those Electric Proms deserve some thanks, the singles sounded marvellous with a full orchestra playing on them. I only got the album at Christmas mind, so it's still pretty new to me. Can't say I have a favourite track yet, it's only had three airings. But the first album is really fantastic I think, so the fact "Empire" hasn't disappointed is a very good sign!
I absolutely love kasabian. I hadn't listened to empire much though until recently after I saw them live in London as when I heard the new songs there, they were amazing! It's hard to pick a favourite track, as it is with their debut as well, but I do really like Apnoea and British Legion
