i've been really into probiotics lately, though it's been more of an unintentional usage than for any specific reason. sometimes i eat bioK yogurt, when my belly hurts. usually (maybe 3x a week) i drink some kefir. i've also been indulging in kombucha tea regularly.
add to that, i regularly eat fermented 'good bacterias' such as kim chee and miso and tempeh. i try not to drink kefir and kombucha on the same day, but this all leads me to question my intake. i know all this stuff is very healthy and good for the body, but is there such a thing as too much 'good bacteria?'
