Last week I was out doing a service call and was bitchin about my old worn out knees. The guy I was voicing off to was a few years older than me.
He said he'd had knee problems for several years, but had started doing an ounce and 1/4 of apple cider vinegar 3 times a day and his knees wern't hurting
    anymore.
That night I got on the WEB and checked it out . One suggestion was to mix the vineger with apple juice, so it would go down a little easier.
To make a long story short, I've doing the vinegar for about a week and I do have to say the old knees do feel a lot better...Check it out.....

A little bit of that stuff seems to go long way. I have some of the braggs kind, with the mother @ the bottom. Good for stimulating Hydrochloric acid and improving digestion.

Yeah, I use it in the dreadie rinses I make...:)

I have a friend who's had digestive and ulcer problems for years, due largely to her teenage anorexia, and she recently told me that she'd started taking Bragg's ACV in the mornings and her problems were all gone! :D

I've heard you can dump it all over your skin if you ever get poison oak and it helps stop the reaction because the reaction is a strong alkaline reaction in the skin...and all the acid will neutralize the whole thing. I could be wrong, but it's something to keep in the back of your head should it ever come up...

From the back of my mind.

In 1983, I needed a change in latitudes so moved to Kauai and got job running a dive boat.
We kept vinegar in squeeze bottles to neutralize the acid from a jellyfish "sting".
Something to remember if you live in an area where you can swim in the ocean.

My knees are shot, but it's gona take a lot more encouragement then just reading about it on the net to get me to try some of that stuff, even with apple juice. Your talking about drinking it right, Vinegar??? Forget that! I'll live with the bad knees.
