Coming out in high school good idea or bad?

I suggest doing it, unless youd be in some huge danger because of it.
Yes, you never know if someone might be weird about you being gay, but its not your problem, its theres.
Most importantly, you'll just simply feel better, it feels so amazing coming out.
Ive luckily NEVER had a problem with being gay, no ones ever been weird to me cuz Im gay....everyones been accepting, luckily.
So Id say give it a try, I know its nervewracking, but you'll be happy you did it.

 

thank you guys. Makes me feel so much better talking to you guys. In fact, when im at school i always think of this webstie. Yea i know that it feels great coming out. A whole bunch of weight went off my shoulders when i told one of my best friends. And our school has a GSA club and there are few gays but mostly lesbians at our school. And my english teacher (who likes me) is the leader of GSA, but i think im going to start slow and gradually just come out. Start with close friends, family (hopefully) and then come out.
And i really dont think i would be in any sort of danger. But i know that i could lose friends and its a risk that im going to take because i have realized those people will not be my true friends
